Story elements for a comprehension and story retell activity. News-2-You Buzzard Day Story Elements Directions: 1. Print one copy of the document. 2. Delete the answers so just the element symbols on the left hand side remain on the page. Then print another copy. 3. Cut out the answer symbols from the first copy and laminate 4. Laminate the second paper (the one with the Story element names on the left hand side). 5. Add Velcro and you’re finished. *Can save the laminated story element categories to use with other articles stories.
